Every community and workplace needs the roles that keep the day moving — someone at the desk, someone answering the helpdesk, someone who knows where the keys are. We recruit, deploy and supervise those roles so the association or the employer is not running a small HR department on the side.
Typical deployments include a facility manager who owns the site day to day, front desk and reception, helpdesk and complaint-log operators, administrative assistants, pantry and cafeteria staff, and multi-skilled attendants for clubhouse and amenity areas. The role definition is written before deployment, which sounds obvious and is skipped remarkably often — a large share of dissatisfaction with placed staff traces back to a job nobody defined.
The facility manager is the role that determines whether every other service on this list works. They hold the schedules, run the morning checks, receive resident complaints, coordinate the specialist teams and produce the report the association reads. We deploy managers who have run residential sites specifically, because a community is not an office — the stakeholder is a committee of residents with strong and differing views, and the job is as much communication as it is operations.

The facility manager is the role that determines whether every other service on this list works.
Employment obligations are handled properly and visibly. Staff are on roll with EPF and ESI compliance, wages meet the applicable minimum wage notification for the state and skill category, and statutory records are maintained and available. This matters commercially as well as ethically: engaging manpower through an agency that is not compliant transfers risk to the association, and it is worth verifying at tender rather than discovering later.
Continuity is managed rather than hoped for. Attrition in this sector is real, so we maintain a reliever pool, cross-train where a role permits it, and run a handover when a placed staff member changes so site knowledge does not walk out of the gate with them. Where a role is critical — the facility manager above all — we agree notice and replacement expectations in the contract.
How we run it
- 01
Role definition
Duties, working hours, reporting line and success measures are written down before anyone is placed.
- 02
Screened placement
Candidates are screened for the specific role and inducted to the site before their first shift.
- 03
Supervision
Placed staff report into our management structure, so performance is managed by us, not by the committee.
- 04
Continuity plan
Reliever cover and a written handover on any change keeps site knowledge on site.
